Executive MBA for the Care Industry

TSM’s MBA programme for Healthcare Management has been specifically designed for the healthcare industry and integrates the current developments taking place within this dynamic sector into the course. This course offers three programmes with which ambitious professionals can become managers who can lead the healthcare industry into the future.

Who is this programme designed for?
This course is intended for graduates from higher professional education or university with executive experience in healthcare or related sectors
• For Management & Healthcare Chain Processes: a minimum requirement of three years experience in healthcare projects, preferably in management
• For Innovation & Entrepreneurship: a minimum requirement of four years of relevant (executive) work experience and successful conclusion of the Management & Healthcare Chain Processes programme or a similar course
• For Leadership in the Healthcare Industry: five years of relevant executive experience and successful conclusion of the Management & Healthcare Chain Processes programme (or a similar course) and the Innovation & Entrepreneurship programme.

Duration of the programmes
The Management & Healthcare Chain Processes and the Innovation & Entrepreneurship programmes both last approximately eight months. Both have a study load of 420 hours and consist of:
• 7 meetings, each comprising five mornings or afternoons
• homework and assignments: 280 hours.
The Leadership in the Healthcare Industry programme takes 12 months to complete, with a study load of 1000 hours. The course consists of five seminars of three consecutive days, a study trip and a graduation project. The study load for the seminars and the study trip is 400 hours (including attending the seminars, preparation and tests). The study load for the graduation project is 600 hours.

• Innovation & Entrepreneurship: € 8,750.00*
• The Leadership in the Healthcare Industry: € 19,975.00 (including material and a study trip to the United States).

Location
The seminars will be held on the campus of the University of Twente.
