Management for Young Engineers
The Management Programme for Young Engineers focuses on fundamental business administration topics and managerial skills. The programme provides technical professionals and (prospective) managers with the instruments to operate successfully in a position that entails general business administrational duties and responsibilities besides its technological aspects.
Programme features

•We provide a comprehensive survey of fundamental business administrational disciplines and new trends.

• The results of this course will provide you with an improvement proposal for your company.
Who is the programme designed for?
The programme was designed for professionals and (prospective) managers with at least one year of working experience, operating in a technology-driven environment. The programme’s academic level is higher professional education+/post-university.
Results
While working on your practical assignment, you will have the opportunity to apply your new-found knowledge and skills to an issue stemming from within your own organisation. If you complete your practical assignment successfully, you will be awarded a certificate vouched for by TSM Business School (University of Twente) and the Royal Institution of Engineering in the Netherlands.
Duration of the course
The programme last approximately eleven months. The total study load per module has a maximum of 20 hours:
• 19 seminars of 2,5 hours each
• homework and assignments: 80 hours

Location
The seminars will be held once every two weeks on Monday evening from 19.15 till 21.45 hours in Amersfoort.
