Entrepreneurship Construction Industry
Entrepreneurship in the Construction Industry is one-year business administration course specifically designed for the construction industry. Based various business administration subjects, the participant can explore the following themes: construction process management, value-based management and partnering.
Programme features
• The course offers ample scope for interaction between the participants and the teacher.
• The course is held in conjunction with Delft TopTech School of Executive Education (Delft University of Technology).
• We constantly assess the course to guarantee that it meets the market demands and that it provides the opportunity to investigate important topics pertaining to the industry.
• We integrate topical subjects, which are relevant to the construction industry, such as construction industry process management, value-based management and partnering, into the programme.
• The programme’s main theme is innovation and entrepreneurship.
• The programme focuses on the practical application of new-found knowledge, skills and behaviour to day-to-day work situations.
Who is the programme designed for?
The course was designed for ambitious professionals with a higher professional or university education, ready with fresh ideas, to design innovative and profitable methods of entrepreneurship. They are project managers, line managers, architects, plan developers or consultants employed by clients, contactors and suppliers in the construction industry. Participants must have at least three years of managerial experience.
Duration of the course
The programme will last approximately one year.
The total study load is approximately 800 hours:

• Programme: € 17.500,-
• Books: approx. € 1.000,-
• Accomodation: approx. € 250,- per seminar
Location
The seminars are held alternately in Enschede (on the campus of the University of Twente) and in the vicinity of Delft.
